Who is BCCA?

We are the most inclusive and far-reaching non-profit serving over 10,000 contractors in BC’s industrial, commercial, and institutional construction industry. We’ve been operating for over 50 years and have helped thousands of British Columbians build their careers in construction.

When Should I Get in Touch?

Now is the time. BCCA has received significant funding from the Government of Canada to provide financial incentives to construction employers for hiring and registering first-year apprentices in 39 Red Seal trades. One of those new apprenticeships could be yours!

Who Can Apply?

You don’t need to have any experience in construction. If you are 18 or older and live in British Columbia as a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident or legally entitled to work in Canada, we want to hear from you.

How Does it Work?
